Another employee overheard us and approached- he offered to pay but I politely refused. I walked away and was almost out of the store when the person overseeing the self checkouts caught up to me. Last night I went there to get a couple things and while at self checkout after about 10 tries- 70% inserting, 30% swiping- I gave up. The minute I put it in it basically declines or says “error”. The last couple times I have stopped in Walmart I had issues with my Chase card with a chip. Hoping this will get approved so I can get updated answers…
